If you have unexpectedly reached this page and have entered this site from an approved URL, your COOKIE settings may need to be adjusted.

The procedure for changing the cookie settings in "Internet Explorer" and "Netscape" are shown below:

Internet Explorer

1. From the Internet Explorer Toolbar, select Tools > Internet Options

2. Click on the Privacy Tab. Set the Slider Bar to "Medium High" (or lower). Click "Ok".

3. Close all instances of "Internet Explorer". Open a new window of "Internet Explorer". Return to the approved URL and try again.

Netscape

1. From the Netscape Toolbar, select Edit > Preferences

2. Expand the Privacy & Security Tab. Click on the Cookies subcategory Tab. Select the Radio Button "Enable cookies for the originating web site only" (OR you can select "Enable all cookies"). Click "Ok".

Close all instances of "Netscape". Open a new window of "Netscape". Return to the approved URL and try again.
